Aloha!! Hawaii we will miss you.

Over the rainbow.
Kai the Hanu who didn't know he was brave.

Black Rock Beach is where we swam with the sea turtles.

Grandma and Kai Hanging out on the beach.

Fleming Beach had big waves that the kids enjoyed boogie boarding on.

Yummy! (need I say more?)

Grand kids listening to a geology lesson about the Iao needle.

The Iao needle Hiking trail was so green and luscious.(especially to us desert dwellers)

The Siblings all together at last

Pictures from my morning walks on the beach.
So relaxing, I think I can still hear the ocean.

Kimo means Jim in Hawaiian, so of course we had to eat there for dinner. as we ate our dinner we were overlooking the ocean at sunset. I had the Kuala pork tacos with a plum sauce, Ethan had the ribs, and we all shared a huge peice of hula pie. It was delicious. Such an enjoyable family dinner.

The first time in the water at our beach right in front of our
condo. The sand was so soft and the water was warm.

This the view from our condo window. We could see the
ocean from the balcony. It was so beautiful. I enjoyed the perfect temperatures and just feel of the air while we were there.

Fresh flowers!

California and Arizona cousins waiting for the rental car.

Kai finally gave out on the airplane and fell asleep on my my lap. Let's just say the travel days were long with a very independent two year old.

Ready for the hike.
