Chicago and the Oprah Show!!

Dani and I went to the windy city February 7th 2007, to see the oprah show and see the sights in Chigaco. Jim suprised me with tickets to the show becasue he knows it has been a dream of mine to see the show at the Harpo Studio.
We stayed at the Tremont Hotel in the heart of the Magnificent Mile.
Watching the show felt like a being in a dream it didn't feel real to us, and it went by way to fast. We tasted some yummy pudding cake, receieved a free $160.00 sweat suit and free book from Collin Cowie.
Friday we went to the museum of Science and industry to see the body exhibit. We learned a thing or two about taxi cabs and public tranportation in Chicago. We ended the day in China Town. It was so cold while we were there. The t.v. said it felt like 15 below and that frost bite begins after 30 mintues of being outside. I didn't think Utah could feel so warm to me. Over all we had a great time and learned a lot. We also missed our kids and hubbies.

Here are some pictures of our trip to California in December 2006. When we were at the ocean Brayden was running from a wave and it knocked him down and got him all wet.

We saw Mike and Julie at a gas station in prim.

Marianne's wedding was such a beautiful day.

We had such a great time in Disneyland. We were there on Christmas Day. It was about 75 degrees. What a nice day.
